It’s a Farm Life is part of our cultural and nature immersion series, Our World, Our Stories, where children learn about humanity, traditions, and different ways of living through real experiences.
In this chapter, children step into the shoes of farmers to understand how communities around the world care for their animals, work with nature, and depend on agriculture for their daily lives. Children will spend the day learning real farm routines at a cow farm while also interacting with goats, chickens, and ducks. They will try hands-on tasks such as feeding animals, helping in milking processes, cleaning animal areas, and understanding how farmers maintain a healthy and thriving farm environment.
Through guided activities and storytelling, children will explore how farming supports families, communities, and cultures worldwide. This experience aims to build empathy, responsibility, appreciation for agriculture, and a deeper respect for the people who work tirelessly to bring food to our tables.
